• Financial Data: Payment details via M-PESA or Bank Transfer (processed securely by third-party gateways like Flutterwave/Stripe).

3.2. AI & Technical Data

• Chatbot Interactions: When you chat with "Euser AI" agents on our site, we store the conversation logs to improve the bot's accuracy. Please do not share sensitive passwords or health records with our demo agents.
• Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and time zone settings (to optimize our booking calendars for your local time).

4. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Decision Making

Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• AI Training: We do not use your confidential client data (e.g., your real estate leads) to train public AI models. Your custom agents use "Retrieval-Augmented Generation" (RAG) to access your data securely without exposing it to the public internet.
• Automated Decisions: Under Section 35 of the Data Protection Act, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing if it significantly affects you. Our AI agents are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment in critical matters like legal or medical advice.

5. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following lawful purposes:

• Service Delivery: Configuring n8n workflows, connecting WhatsApp APIs, and hosting databases.
• Communication: Sending project updates, invoices, and technical support alerts via WhatsApp or Email.
• Legal Compliance: Fulfilling obligations to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) or Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).

6. Disclosure of Your Information

• Cloud Infrastructure: Hostinger (Web Hosting) and Supabase (Database Hosting).
• AI Providers: OpenAI and Anthropic (for processing natural language).
